He is survived by: his wife Patty Tipton (Grizzle); his daughters, April Tipton (Tabitha) and Mary "Libby" Laney (Clayton); his stepson Matthew Hammonds; his grandchildren, Alyssa Keen, Isaac Laney, Johnathon Tipton and Jayce Tipton; his stepgrandson Malachi Hammonds; his brother Scotty Tipton (Tina); his nephews, Presley and Jamie Tipton; and his pet Ann.
