She was predeceased by: her parents, Brad Dishner and Sibyl Dishner (Miller); her husband Jimmy Frazier; her daughter Marcea Frazier; and her siblings, Everett Dishner (Lucille), Ruth Dishner Humphrey, Helen Dishner Byerley (Desler), Dr. Paul Dishner and Don Dishner (Ruth).
She is survived by: her children, Brett Frazier (Natalie) and Bronwyn Frazier Neal (Danny); her grandchildren, Rachel Neal Woods (Daniel), Zane Frazier (Jen), Charlie Neal and Quin Frazier; and her sister Anne Dishner Gamble.
