With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lizzibe Fritz of Gate City, Virginia, who passed away on May 12, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Worley Tomlinson and Fanny Gibson Tomlinson; her husbands, Blaine Coffey and Leonard Fritz; her children, Johnny Fritz and Linda Coffey Carter; and her siblings, Cora, Ellen, Louise, Sarah, Frankie, Ethel, Charlie and Cernal.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Tomlinson (Penny), Blaine Coffey Jr. (Trish) of Kingsport, TN, David Fritz (Kristie) and Verna Mae Gillenwater (Scott) of Gate City, VA; her brothers, Bill and Robert Tomlinson; and her caregiver Lizzibe. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
