She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Carter and Nina Barnette Carter; her husband James Rhoton; and her daughter Velma Miachele Ketron. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Sue Wallen (Thomas), Rhonda Nina Lindsey (Chuck), Jennifer Lydia Sisk (Ronald), James Charles Rhoton (Laura), Kim Curtis Rhoton, Worley Dwayne Rhoton and Mark Daniel Rhoton; and her sisters, Paulette Raines and Brenda Gillenwater (Larry). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
