She is survived by: her children, Thadd Thomas (Donna Thomas) and Sheila Thomas; her granddaughters, Ashley Rutrough (Simon) and Shannon Sevey (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Tristan and Alexander; her siblings, Leverne Blankenship (Wayne) and Fred Poindexter (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law Michael Adkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
