She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Haycox and Anna Haycox; her husband Cecil "Bog" Mullins; her siblings, Betty Reid (Hoss), Mimi Cutright (Marvin) and John Haycox (Kazuko); her siblings-in-law, Jacqueline Rall and Al Hunt; and her adoptive son Ralph Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Archie Mullins and Jackie Mullins; her grandsons, Matthew Mullins and Liam Mullins; her brother James Haycox; her siblings-in-law, Lillian Cantrell and James Ellis Mullins; and her friend Buzz Scheffenacker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
