She was predeceased by : her parents, William R. Turner, Sr. of Martinsville, Virginia. and Nelda G. Turner of Martinsville, Virginia.. She is survived by : her husband Dave; her brother William R. Turner, Jr. (Amy); her daughters, Dora J. Snoddy (Channing) and Virginia "Ginny" J. Lamb (William); her grandchildren, Kaila Knight, Justin Knight, Kent Snoddy and Adrianna "Anna" Snoddy; and her nieces, Caitlin "Catie" Turner and Amanda Turner.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Debbie's memory.
