With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jimmie Franklin (Glade Hill, Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Artemas Mattox Franklin and Laura Elizabeth Saunders Franklin; his brother-in-law Bobby Cundiff; and his nephew Todd Housman. He is survived by: his children, Aubrey L. Franklin of Roanoke, Katina Clements (Eddie) of Rocky Mount and Jessica Lambert (Jeremy) of Rocky Mount; his grandchildren, Toni Ratcliffe (Max) of Boones Mill, Kalee Clements of Rocky Mount, Sadie Lambert, Sydney Lambert and Seth Lambert; his great grandchildren, Braxton Ratcliffe and Macklyn Ratcliffe of Boones Mill; and his wife Rhonda Thomas.
