With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Henry Greer (Glade Hill, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Greer and Minnie Love Greer (Tenny); his son Mike Greer; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Annie Reynolds; his siblings-in-law, Clyde and Jeanette Adkins; and his niece Tammy Reynolds Seamon.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Robert Greer; his granddaughter Sarah Anne; his great grandchild Annie Grace (Joel Peters); his daughter-in-law Laurie Joyce (Bryon); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Reynolds, Brenda, Ronnie Tyree, Phyllis, Gwynn Tyler and Nancy Reynolds. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
