He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Eggleston and Mary Carter Eggleston; his sister Scarlett Coffey; his wife Nora R. Eggleston; and his close friend Lin Flowers.

He is survived by : his significant other Jewel Dudley; his close friends, Gene, Barbara Parker and Cova Hunt; and also, Jessi Flowers Sweeney and Diana Flowers Swain. He is also survived by numerous friends and his church family.
