He was predeceased by : his father Peter Lewis; his wife Marjorie M. Holland; his brothers, Everett, Harvey, Claude and Alvin Lewis Holland; his son-in-law Charles Bollings; his friend Jami Simpkins; and his siblings-in-law, Clegard Dillon, Tony Simpson and Ann Holland.
He is survived by : his children, Keith Holland (Lisa), Melvin Holland, Cindy Holland Templin (Harvey) and Carolyn Holland Bollings; his grandchildren, Steve St, Clair (Jen), Brandon Chitwood Ryan (Melia), Nick Bollings, Danielle Holland (Jonathan), Olivia Holland and Alexis Bollings; his great grandchildren, Leah, Kyra, Aiden, Auria St, Clair, Reid, Sawyer, Elsie Chitwood, Brayden Goodman, Wesson and Bristol Smith; his siblings, Ruby Dillon and Walter Holland; his siblings-in-law, John Simpson (Diane), Arthur Simpson and Bonny Wheeler (Phil); and his close friends, Tony, Anita and Audrey Van-Lieus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
