He was predeceased by: his father Eppie Daniel Woodward; and his siblings, Charles, George, Jesse, Bill Woodward, Ellen Woodward, Ann Haun and Eleanor Humphrey.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Fincham Woodward; his wife Wendy Marie Campbell Woodward; his daughters, Katrina Marie Shiflett (Caleb) and Amber Lauren Trout (Joshua Trout); his siblings, Doug Fincham (Sharon) and Brenda Ness; and his grandchildren, Landon Eric Shiflett, Mark Allen Shiflett and Jeramiah Trout. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Madison Memorial Gardens (1285 Orange Rd, Madison, VA 22727).
