He was predeceased by: his father Roger Lee Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Boyd; his mother Viola Boyd; his brother Joseph Boyd; his sister-in-law Cynthia Boyd; and his nephews, Tristan Boyd and Gabe Boyd.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations for St. Jude Research Hospital or the International Fellowship of Christian and Jews.
