She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Kestner, Jr. and Deborah Bise (Mike); her great grandchild Eli Bise; her brothers, Eddie Wynegar (Kathy) and Don Wynegar (Sharon); and her sisters-in-law, Dreama Wynegar and Roberta Wynegar. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
