He is survived by: his parents, Thomas "Jake" Gene Guffey and Vickie Church Guffey of Abingdon; his grandparents, Tom and Donna Guffey of Huddleston; and his brother Joshua Ashwell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
