As Debra departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Debra may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Debra leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye Juanita Guill Seay and Charlie Omar Seay. She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Ripley (David); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Alan Vallejo) and Dustin; her siblings, Steve Seay (Thelma) of Buckingham and Janice Tolbert (Pete) of Hixburg; and her pet Rocky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
