He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Joseph Overby and Minnie Lee Dalton Overby; and his wife Geneva Owen Anderson Overby. He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Overby of Big Island and Steve Overby of California; his grandsons, Richard and Alan Overby; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Collin and Grayson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
