He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bollman; his daughters, Melanie Sweeney (Andrew) and Erin Bollman; his grandsons, Everett, Oliver, Ian and Asher Sweeney; his brothers, Kevin (Pam Williamson), Nick, Allison (Joey Williamson), Morgan Williamson, Dean (Jan Collins), Devin (Haylee Collins) and Jerome Collins; and his friends, David, Debbie Stosch and Herb Dunford. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
