It is with sadness that the passing of Carol Ann Grillo of Glen Allen, Virginia is shared. Carol Ann, born on October 5, 1952, passed away on June 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Penna and Fay Penna; her baby Michael; and her siblings-in-law, Maureen Penna and David Skulnik.

She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Elaina Brennan (Michael) and Thomas Grillo (Kate); her brothers, Frank Penna and Vincent Penna (Nancy); her sister-in-law Margaret Skulnik; and her grandchildren, Jack, Emmet, Nora and Theo.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Carol's memory to The Michael J. Fox Foundation supporting Parkinson's Disease research.
