He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Taylor and Mitchell Taylor; his aunt Carrie Barrett; and his sisters, Morlon Mitchell and Carolyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hampton-Taylor; his children, LaToya Mason (Jermaine), Clyde S. Taylor II (Sheena), Ciera Taylor, Arica and Alexis Morris; his grandchildren, Jermaine Mason II, Jermaine Mason III, Dazejah Mason, Caleigh Taylor, Kennedy Cannon, Tyson Taylor and Isaiah Brower; and his brothers, Mitchell Taylor, Jr. (Dyanne), Robert Taylor, Mitchell Bell (Carolyn) and Howard Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Affinity Funeral Service Richmond Chapel (2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294). A reception will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
