He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Abram, Thelma Libby, Bill and Dorothy Meissner; and his uncle Dave Sharpe.
He is survived by: his parents, Bill Libby and Sally Libby; his siblings, Wim Libby (Sharlene) and Sarah Van Wie (Matt); his nephew Will Libby (Brianna); his nieces, Jane Libby, Mary Grace Libby, Sadie Van Wie and Sophie Van Wie; his aunt Medora Sharpe; and his cousins, Liz Brandel (Rich), Russ Sharpe (Mary) and Bill Sharpe (Betsy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Arc of Hanover (https://www.thearcofhanover.org) to support local residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
