She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Verdinelli and Louise Verdinelli (Giberson); her husband William Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Guy Verdinelli, Tom Verdinelli, Robert Verdinelli and Louise "Cookie" Chatterton.
She is survived by: her children, William Fitzpatrick II (Candace Fitzpatrick) of Glen Allen, VA and Jeanette Fitzpatrick (Ryan Holt) of Southington; her granddaughter Brianna Fitzpatrick (Noah Floeser) of New Britain; her significant other Bruce Carlson of Unionville; her sisters, Gloria Krol, Nancy Timmons, Anna Giammarino and Teresa Lewis; and her brothers-in-law, Michael Fitzpatrick of New Britain and Robert Fitzpatrick of Manchester. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
