She was predeceased by: her parents, William N. Dabney Sr. and Ellen B. Dabney; her siblings, William N. Dabney Jr., Cornelius W. Dabney (Dollie), Ernest M. Dabney, Dory M. Dabney, Norman C. Dabney, Everette W. Dabney (Deloris), Emily Y. Bryant and Ernestine M. Jones; and her sons, Theodore G. Trueheart, Spencer O'Neal Trueheart and Don J. Trueheart.
She is survived by: her son Minister (Sherman A. Trueheart); her siblings, Sie F. Dabney (Anna) and Elaine Wright (Michael); her granddaughters, Shermia L. Trueheart, Victoria L. A. Trueheart, Donise T. Trueheart and Chyann Mealy; and her great grandchildren, Anaya M. Shifflett, Ayden C. Shifflett, Layla J. Shifflett, Denym I. Taylor and Blossom D. Trueheart. She is also survived by Nephews, Nieces, Great Nephews and Great Nieces.
Viewing was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home (518 N Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Roselawn Memory Gardens (13389 Mountain Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059).
