She was predeceased by: her sister Bonnie Lee Schulz; and her nephew Travis Alan Wash. She is survived by: her husband Gerald B. MacKay (Gerald); her children, Brian B. MacKay (Amy) of Ashland and Sarah M. Slutzah (Scott) of Glen Allen; her grandchildren, Ariel Rodriguez (Pedro), William Slutzah, Craig Slutzah, Rachel MacKay, Emma MacKay and Kayleigh Slutzah; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Maya Rodriguez and Olive June Herin-MacKay; and her sisters, Patricia Wash of Waldorf, MD, Faith Baldwin of Henrico and Mary Smith of West Virginia. She is also survived by cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
