He was predeceased by: his parent Texanna Dinwiddie Williams (Gay); and his siblings, James Tilden Williams and Dorothy Williams Darden. He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams (Hoke); his children, Jeffrey Williams (Liliana) and Cassandra Dove (Gary); and his sister Eleanor Williams Hahne.
