He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes and Ruth; his brother Hans; and his mother-in-law Ruth Abbott. He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Kelsea (Peter), Chloe (Mac) and Jackson (Emily); and his brother Pete (Nancy). He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Shady Grove United Methodist (4825 Pouncey Tract Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059-5738).
