He was predeceased by: his wife Kristine V. Rice; his parents, William Rice and Delores Rice; and his brother William C. Rice. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn Rice and Kelly Bernacki (Jordan).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennett Funeral Home (11020 W Broad St, Glen Allen, VA 23060). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
