She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred W Haxton Sr. and Georgiana P Haxton. She is survived by: her husband Gary Hall; her brother Fred Haxton Jr.; her sister-in-law Christine Haxton; her sibling's children, Scotia Haxton and Ian Haxton; and her cousins, Susan Clarke, Peggy Anderson Dail, Sally Johnson, Linda Powers, Nancy Busch, Dave Anderson and Joanne Farley.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230).
