She was predeceased by: her daughter Lynne; her parents, Lewis Knudson and Mabel Knudson; and her husband Ora J. Pierce. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry (Judy) of Glen Allen, VA, Tim (Debbie) of Marietta, GA and Brian of Christiansburg. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and numerous Great and Great Great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Samantha Doll Project at Hunton Baptist Church in Glen Allen, VA.
