He was predeceased by: his wife Nettie Doyle Flippen; and his daughters, Theresa Gail Flippen and Denise Yvonne Flippen. He is survived by: his son William Kevin Flippen; his daughter-in-law Angel; and his grandsons, Brody, Briggs and Beau.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woody Parham (1771 N Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23229). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Woody Funeral Home Parham Chapel (1771 N Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23229). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:50 PM to 1:15 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (4000 Pilots Ln, Richmond, VA 23222).
