He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Crockcett Jeffries and Beulah Evelyn Herron Jeffries; and his sister Judith Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Ella Dunbar Jefferies of Glen Wilton; his children, Lynn Jefferies of Covington and Jeff Jefferies of Covington; his brothers, William Jeffries (Cristy) of Clifton Forge and James "Jimmy" Jeffries (Margaret) of Iron Gate; and his grandchildren, Kaycen Jefferies, Hunter Jefferies, Jeramie Jefferies and Alan Jefferies. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Victory Baptist Church, PO Box 2, Clifton Forge, Virginia 24422.
