She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Landseer Rue and Emily Broughton Caffee; her husbands, Paul B. Reynolds and J. Raymond Hodges II; and her siblings, Helen Rue, Charles "Buddy" Rue and Leon Rue.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Kinkead (Tim) of Williamsburg and Paul Reynolds (Janeane) of Hayes; her stepchildren, Beth (Jeff) of Chesterfield and Jay (Neva) of Troy, VA; her grandchildren, Emily Kinkead (Eric), David Claypoole, Jesse Claypoole, Jason Hodges (Holly) and Casey Hodges (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Beatrix, Betsy and Miles Adamczyk.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (1860 Hayes Rd, Gloucester Point, VA 23062). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
