It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Lishman Williams (Gloucester Point, Virginia), born in Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Lishman and Edna Lishman; and her grandchildren, Nathan Faison and Nicole Burke. She is survived by : her husband Robert "Bobby" H. Williams; her children, Robert "Robby" E. Faison Jr. (Lori), Michele Faison Guy (Jimmy), Troy P. Faison (Aimee) and Clinton J. Faison (Danielle); her sister Linda L. O'beirne (David); her brother-in-law Eddie Frainie; and her friend Ruth White. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
