He is survived by : his parents, David W. Tarr and Nancy H. Tarr of Gloucester, VA; his sister Lauren Jewel "L. J." Tarr of Williamsburg, VA; his grandmother Nancy C. Shorter of Newport News, VA; his close friend Lori Mahoney; and also Aidan James of Hayes, VA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles & friends.
