He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Harper and Tamrae Harper; his brother Nathan Harper; his sister-in-law Jessica; his sister Lenora Baumeler; his brother-in-law Pascal; his nieces, Thia, Hannah and Anna; and his nephew Benjamin.
