She is survived by: her children, Victoria L Welch (Danny) and Richard L Welch Jr.; her grandchildren, Savannah Raye Welch Jones (Patrick), Richard L Welch III and Caleb Morgan Welch; her great grandchildren, Ella Raye Jones and Emma Renee Jones; her sisters, Jean Carroll and Rachel Bartram; and her brother-in-law Johnnie R Welch (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
