He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Fleming Rilee and Kathleen Dudley Rilee; and his sisters, Janet Tavares and Kay Ohmberger. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sterling Rilee; his children, Cyrus Fleming Rilee, III (Laurie) and Amanda Rilee Sayles (Andrew); his grandsons, Tommy Rilee, Ryan Sayles and Patrick Sayles; his brother Christian "Buddy" Rilee (Mary); his niece Amy Rilee (Pauline Sullens); and his brother Paul Rilee (Susan).
