He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald D. Blose and Clara Blose; and his brother Gerald D. Blose, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Nicole Blose; his grandson Lucas Daniel Adams; his stepchildren, Todd Raymond Lewis and Melinda Anne White; and his stepgrandchildren, Avana Zuri Bassett, Amira Nevaeh Bassett, Lim Lewis and Kinley Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (417 11th St, West Point, VA 23181). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home (283 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962).
