We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2024, at the age of 78, Dorothy Edna Elston of Gloucester, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Burwell Elston. She is survived by : her children, Elmer Elston (Lynn), Darrell Elston (Sherry), Rodney Elston (Paula) and Tina Steinhaus (Mark); and her siblings, Louise, Elizabeth, William, Nancy and Ronnie. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.

In memory of Dorothy, memorial contributions may be made to the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society at P.O. Box 385, Gloucester, VA 23061, or to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
