She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Herman Millen and Sara Etta Hall Millen; and her siblings, Tommy Millen, Joseph Millen, Raeford Millen, Sterling Millen, Howard Millen, Grace Jordan and Nina Barber.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Owen Waters; her children, Dorothy Waters and Johnny Waters (Lynn); her grandsons, Woodrow Waters, Robert Waters and Cody West; and her great grandchild Mackenzie Waters. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
