He is survived by: his children, Melissa Brooks (Ryan) and Bradley Shook (Kristen); his sister Sharon Sleeper (Jay); and his grandchildren, Carson Brooks, Connor Brooks, Cyler Brooks, Caragan Brooks and Hallie Shook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and brother and sister in laws.
