She is survived by: her husband Bob Welker; her children, Suzanne Moughon (William), Rob Welker (Cara) and Jenifer Williams (Scott); and her grandchildren, Zoe Welker, Clay Moughon, Sarah Stacey (Preston), Jordan Welker and Lindsay Williams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Singleton United Methodist Church (5869 Ware Neck Rd, Gloucester, VA 23061). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
