She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Craddock and Helen Mae Craddock; her son-in-law William McCarty; and her grandson Caleb McTurnal. She is survived by: her husband Joe Adair; and her children, Amanda McCarty, Robert McTurnal (Christa), Christi Bodkin (Chad), Brian McTurnal (Amy), Laurie Moore (Ryan), Matthew Adair (Kirstan) and Stephanie Adair. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a monetary contribution in her name to two charities that were dear to Karen – St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Tunnels to Towers.
