She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Smith and Louise Smith of Gloucester, VA.; and her husband Herbert Paul. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Custis (Gary) of Newport News, Kelly Caldwell (Scott) of Chesapeake and Paula Brinkman (Rusty) of Canon City, Colorado; and her sister Debbie Richardson of Mathews. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces/nephews, cousins, and great friends.
