She was predeceased by : her parents, Catherine Brooks Booth and Leon Booth; her husband Alexander Fred Burrell, Jr.; her siblings, Loretta Tyler and Billy Pollard; her stepchildren, Dennis Catlett and Karen Billups Ford; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Tyler, William Burrell, Wayne Burrell and Gloria Burrell; and her parents-in-law, Gertrude, Alexander Fred Burrell, Sr. and Linda.

She is survived by : her friends, Jean Y. Foster, Ruby Gray and Faye M. of Washington; her sons, Dontaniel and Ketonno Burrell; her grandchild Adarius Burrell; her stepdaughter Tonia Waddy (Terrance); her aunts, Joyce Gist of Gloucester and Velma Newsome of Philadelphia; her daughter-in-law Deborah Catlett; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Burrell (Delphine), Michael Burrell, Gerald Burrell, Jerome Ashby (Lisa), Karen Bailey (Floyd) and Yvonne Anderson Gwendolyn Bennette (Jose).
