He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Clements and Helen Clements. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Buddy Ewell, Lynn Rhodes and Brenda Clements; his parents-in-law, Linwood and Hazel Oliver; his siblings, Dicky Clements, Barbara Ewell and Betty Rhodes; his children, Brian (Ruth) and Michelle (Jon); his grandchildren, Kyle (Kami), Ryan, Connor (Meghan), Michael (Samantha) and Danielle (Connor); and his great grandchildren, Sophie and Cooper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gloucester County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department or Coastal Community Church.
