He was predeceased by: his parents, Edythe Anderson Welker (Eckbert Hoffman) and Robert Hane Welker. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Moughon (William), Rob Welker (Cara) and Jenifer Williams (Scott); his grandchildren, Zoe Welker, Clay Moughon, Sarah Stacey (Preston), Jordan Welker and Lindsay Williams; and his sister Foy Hoffman Winsor.
