She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Phipps (Ruth Lambert) and James Frank Phipps; and her brother Charles Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Timothy LaChapelle; her children, Sara Dickerson and Aaron Phipps; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Rhianon and Mikayla.
