Sandra Leigh Pollock Obituary
We announce the death of Sandra Leigh Pollock of Gloucester, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 90. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Pollock; her parents, Elisabeth "Bette" R. Trovato (Etchison) and Linwood F. Warthan; her stepfather Anthony Trovato; her siblings, Frank A. Warthan, Michael "Mike" W. Coleman, A. John Trovato and H. Patricia "Pat" Warthan; and her son-in-law Bryan Rose.
She is survived by: her sister Pamela Trovato Nau; her children, Jan Orga (Richard), Stuart Pollock (Michelle) and Karen Rose; her grandchildren, Meghan (Gilbert), Alexander, Robin (Eric), Daniel, Jessica (David) and Shannan (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Leighann (Richie), Joey, Dahlia, Carter, Owynn, Weston, Brooklyn, Sydney and Matthew; and her great great grandchildren, Elleigh and Myleigh. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Abingdon Episcopal Church (4645 S George Washington Mem Hwy, Gloucester, VA 23061).
