He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Millen and Audrey Millen; and his daughter Katie Millen. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Millen (Brent), Kelly Millen (Jeffrey), Kristen Little (Ben) and Tommy Millen; his siblings, Sandra West (Brian), Sharon Williams (Jimmy), Ernest Millen and Patrick Millen; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the New Life Ministry Center (3450 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072).
